20 kW Wind Turbine, for large homes, business, retail stores, commercial, apartments, resturants, small industry 20 kilo Watt turbine The 20 Kw wind turbine is a powerful energy producer, and will handle energy needs for a large homes, or commercial buildings, even farm, or small industry facilities. The power production curve soars as wind speeds increase, so if your "winds" are good, the answer is "Blowin' in the wind" for you! Talk about a "Leeds" benefit, this unit reduces your carbon imprint significantly. If you started with one of our smaller units decide to upgrade to a 20 Kw Turbine, we will give you an "upgrade loyal customer" discount on the 20 Kw model that you purchase. 20 Kw- including free standing mono-pole tower, anchors, ground plate, turnbuckles, mounting material, high wind speed blades, includes grid tie controller, 20 Kw grid tie inverter, with this package you are ready to go. Price includes products, but not installation. Installation price will be bid after an on site inspection. This wind turbine is rated to provide an impressive 480 Kw per day at a wind speed of 20 mph. This unit can provide 14,400 Kw per month of power, and thus can take care of a wide variety of commercial, or even multi family unit needs. It will reduce your electric bill, qualify your location for energy tax credits and grants, as well as increase your reputation for a "low carbon" imprint. This unit is like a sign announcing to the world that your are "a good citizen contributing to energy savings" and if you use net metering, will spin your electric meter backward. In a good wind area, we had one expert project that this unit can pay for itself (in a high wind area) with a 19% to 25% IRR. Of course production will vary with winds and efficiency, but however you look at it, this is a good unit. Always check with your CPA on tax credits, because regulations are changing and you may qualify for a 30% ITC, a production credit, and a 50% depreciation allowance in your first year. Another feature is that some power company bill plans charge you a higher rate during "Peak" usage hours. This device will tend to lower your "Peak" usage, and therefore lower your overall charge rate as well. We capitalized the optimum annual electric bill savings estimated at about $24,192 per year, and using valuation guidelines, this model will actually increase the value of an "income producing" home or business building by about $208,000+, based upon the reduction in operating expenses. If you have a large home complex, a commercial building, a multi family location, or an industrial facility, this is a good item for you.
The kit is designed so that you can easily add solar panels or other devices (which we will gladly show you), and then upgrade to an even stronger turbine if your power needs increase. Some companies "fool" you, by pricing the turbine, and then charging a seperate fee for the pole, the inverter, and the grid tie and other things you need. Our price includes all of these. Price: $67,900 (includes pole, wind turbine, inverter, Free Standing Tower 54 feet high). Business will get a 30% Investment Tax Credit of $20,370 when they purchase this unit, plus they can depreciate the entire cost of the unit. You may be able to qualify for a 50% (or higher) depreciation...
